Adam is a Director of Advisor Engagement at Leon Capital Group, where he partners with RIAs, family offices, and independent wealth platforms to expand access to institutional-quality private market investments. With a decade of experience across private equity, private real estate, and private credit distribution, Adam specializes in helping advisors navigate complex alternative-investment structures and integrate differentiated opportunities into client portfolios.

Before joining Leon Capital Group, Adam held capital-raising and consultant-engagement roles at Apollo Global Management, Griffin Capital, and NexPoint, building deep relationships throughout the East Coast and Latin America. His work has spanned fund launches, cross-border structures, advisor education, and strategic distribution planning for multi-billion-dollar platforms.

Adam holds a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Utah.
