The Leon Capital Group Holding Co. and our affiliates (collectively the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)
disclose in this Notice how we collect personal information via this website and other sites and mobile
applications that link to this Notice (“Site”). This Notice does not apply to other data collection and
processing activities, including data we collect offline or that we process for our corporate and institutional
customers which use our Products and Services, unless those terms refer directly to this Privacy Notice.

This Notice describes how we process, use, and share your personal information collected through our Site
and is intended to help you understand and exercise your privacy rights.

Important Note: Certain Company Sites and Products and Services may have their own privacy
documentation. To the extent a specific notice differs from this Privacy Notice, the specific notice will
take precedence. If there is a difference in translated, non-English versions of this Privacy Notice, the
U.S.-English version will take precedence.

When we provide our Products and Services to organizations who are our customers (“Customers”), we process
personal information on their behalf (“Customer Data”). In that situation, the Customer’s privacy policy
governs, and our processing is governed by our agreements with the Customer, not by this Notice.

We may update this Notice from time to time at our sole discretion. If we modify our Notice, we will post
the revised version here with an updated revision date, and may also notify you as required by law. By
continuing to use our Products and Services after the new Notice takes effect, you agree to the revisions.

What Kinds of Personal Information Do We Collect?

The categories of personal information we collect depend on how you interact with us, our Products and
Services, and applicable law. We collect information you provide, information obtained automatically, and
information from other sources.

Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Business contact info (e.g., name, title, employer, email, mailing address including country, username/user ID, phone number, preferences).
  • Communications: Inquiries or requests; newsletter/event registrations; support requests; downloads; promotions; job applications; content submitted via our Services.
  • Surveys: Information you provide in connection with surveys.
  • Interactive Features: Information shared via messaging/chat, comments, forums, blogs, and social media pages. Public sharing features are considered “public.”

Automatic Data Collection (from our Sites)

We may automatically collect, for example: IP address, user settings, MAC address, cookie identifiers, mobile carrier,
mobile advertising and other unique identifiers, browser/device information, language preferences, approximate location
(derived from IP), and Internet service provider; plus usage/interaction details (pages visited, links clicked, content
interacted with, frequency/duration, preferences), as well as unique technical identifiers and authentication credentials.

Location Information: We may use your IP address to approximate your location (e.g., country/region).

Social Media Platforms: Our Site may include social media buttons (e.g., LinkedIn, X) that may collect your IP

In connection with certain Products and Services, we may collect personal information relevant to security threats (e.g., IP addresses,
device identifiers, URLs) from our Products and Services, publicly available sources, other security providers/researchers, and
independent research. We may also obtain information about you from third-party services and organizations (e.g., via social networking
sites based on your settings). If we link other data with your personal information, we treat the linked data as personal information.

How Do We Use the Information We Collect?

We use personal information for business purposes, including providing our Products and Services, administrative purposes, notices, marketing, and as permitted by law.

With Whom Do We Share Personal Information?

We do not share your information with third parties for their unrelated business interests. We may share personal information with:

  • Service providers and vendors (affiliated and unaffiliated) assisting with IT/hosting, payments, customer service, legal/professional advisors, etc.
  • APIs/SDKs used as part of Services functionality.
  • Protection of us/others where we, in good faith, deem necessary to protect health, safety, welfare, rights, or interests.
  • Legal/governmental/judicial authorities to comply with requests and legal processes; to enforce rights/obligations; to collect amounts; or assist investigations.
  • Corporate transactions (e.g., acquisitions, mergers, reorganizations, asset sales).
  • With your consent or at your direction (e.g., public forums/platforms).
  • As directed by our customers for data collected via our Site.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How Do We Protect Your Information?

We use administrative, organizational, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information and
maintain confidentiality, integrity, and appropriate availability. We also require suppliers to protect such information.

What Privacy Choices and Rights Do You Have?

Your Privacy Choices

  • Marketing Communications: Use the unsubscribe link in our emails or our marketing communications page to unsubscribe. We may still send transactional/legal/administrative communications.
  • Text Messages: Opt out via the instructions in the text or contact us (see “Contact Us”).
  • Push Notifications / Precise Location: Adjust your mobile device settings.
  • Do Not Track: We do not respond to DNT signals.

Individual Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • Request confirmation of processing and obtain access/copies;
  • Receive a portable copy or have us send it to another organization (“data portability”);
  • Seek correction/amendment where inaccurate or incomplete;
  • Use self-service tools (where provided) to update information, restrict/object to processing, or request erasure.

charge an administrative fee (you will be advised in advance).

You may also have the right to make a GDPR complaint to the relevant Supervisory Authority. A list of Supervisory Authorities is available at the European Data Protection Board website.

How Long Do We Retain Collected Personal Information?

We retain personal information as long as needed for the purposes described in this Notice, to satisfy legal/accounting/reporting
requirements, resolve disputes, establish defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce agreements, and comply
with law. If legal claims are brought or anticipated, we may continue processing for periods necessary in connection with that claim.

Location of Services and International Data Transfers

We are headquartered in the United States and may collect/process personal information in jurisdictions that may not provide equivalent
levels of data protection as your home jurisdiction. If we transfer personal information originating in the EEA, Switzerland, or the UK
to a country lacking an adequacy decision, we may use safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. For details, contact us as

Data Privacy Framework

The Leon Capital Group Holding Co. d/b/a “Leon Capital” complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (“EU-U.S. DPF”).

EU/UK/Swiss individuals have the right to confirmation of whether we maintain personal information in the U.S., and may request access,
correction, amendment, or deletion. To request to limit use/disclosure of personal information, contact: [email protected].

We may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities. We remain responsible and liable for
onward transfers under the DPF Principles (including onward transfer liability) unless we prove we are not responsible for the event giving rise to damage.

We commit to resolve complaints about collection/use of personal information transferred under the DPF through our Privacy Office
([email protected]) and, for unresolved complaints, through DPF Services
operated by BBB National Programs (free of charge). If not resolved, binding arbitration may be available for certain residual claims.
The U.S. Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over our compliance.
